Requirements

3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting critical electrical or mechanical systems
Experience working with one or more of the following: Electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, Generators, UPS systems, Critical facilities environments, Industrial maintenance, Data centers, Building automation systems
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Facilities certifications
Data center experience
Experience using CMMS or maintenance tracking software
Understanding of change management processes
Experience working in mission-critical environments

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical facility equipment
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, generators, temperature controls, fire detection and suppression systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
Support electrical operations, maintenance programs, and energy management initiatives within a critical facilities environment
Execute work according to established MOPs, SOPs, ERPs, and maintenance procedures
Monitor and operate critical electrical and mechanical systems
Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities performed by contractors and vendors
Complete preventative and corrective maintenance work orders and document activities within a CMMS system
Respond quickly to facility alarms, equipment failures, emergencies, and customer concerns
