Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Clear speaking voice
- Native English speaker or supremely fluent in English
- Computer literate
- Willing to follow set procedures
- Willing to communicate with people over the phone
- Must participate in a short, unpaid training/interview before starting work.

Responsibilities
- Contact people by phone.
- Go over a list of questions (appearing on the computer screen), and enter the responses on the computer.
- Maintain confidentiality of all gathered information.
