Requirements
- Rising junior or senior pursuing information systems, computer science, data analytics, operations, or a related field
- Interest in data architecture, IT systems, business operations, and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Support data architecture, systems documentation, and operational process improvement
- Assist with data organization, mapping, validation, and reporting projects
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand system workflows
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Complete an Innovation Project and present recommendations to senior leadership
