About The Position

The Data Architect will optimize cutting-edge data solutions supporting complex collection, analysis, and operational environments. The role involves architecting scalable cloud-based systems, enabling data exploitation across diverse digital platforms, configuring AWS and/or Azure networking, implementing advanced networking and security solutions, and developing cloud-hosted Android emulation capabilities. The position is full-time and onsite in Chantilly, Virginia, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Consultants are expected to be available and working onsite during core hours.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Demonstrated experience collecting and exploiting data on domestic and foreign social media platforms and mobile apps.
• Demonstrated experience architecting, designing, or implementing mission internet systems.
• Demonstrated experience configuring AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, routing tables, backup and recovery, shared storage, and baseline images.
• Demonstrated experience implementing cloud-hosted Android emulation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience implementing VPN tunnels between on-premises and cloud environments and between cloud environments, and implementing multi-cloud obfuscation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and documenting infrastructure fingerprinting and briefing technical review boards on identified signatures.
• Demonstrated experience producing technical design documentation, such as architecture and network diagrams, for operational use and board approval.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing technologies, hardware, and software for applicability and need in existing or proposed systems, including security, storage, and networking technology.

Nice To Haves

• Experience triaging and troubleshooting data transfer issues with enterprise partners.
• Experience leading technical teams and briefing technical and non-technical audiences to obtain review board approvals.
• Experience with the customer's A&A lifecycle, developing security control responses and implementations, and addressing risk elements with project ISSE personnel to maintain ATO status.
• Experience working with sponsor managers, technical leads, and project managers to identify and develop system requirements, considering desired results, hardware limitations, and customer-identified operating requirements.
• Experience assisting with planning and managing projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms.

Responsibilities
