About The Position

The Space & Mission Systems (SMS) segment is seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead the development and maintenance of Change Management tools and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is flexible with their work schedule and focused on customer support and satisfaction. This is a part-time role of 10–20 hours per week. The position owns and manages the Work Authority Documentation (WAD) Program Change Review Board (PCRB) tools and database infrastructure, as well as associated documentation. It coordinates and supports program teams using Change Management tools and serves as a primary segment stakeholder influencing future company-wide Change Management tools development. The role is remote and may require travel up to 25%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior experience in Engineering, Program Management, or related disciplines; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Access databases and MS Office software customization.
Experience developing and maintaining custom user interfaces (UI).
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities
