About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking a Data and ML Engineer to build advanced technology solutions and perform data engineering activities on mission-driven projects. The role involves developing and deploying pipelines and platforms that organize disparate data and make it useful, supporting client missions such as fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence.

The engineer will work with analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, agile environment. They will support the assessment, design, development, and maintenance of scalable client platforms, and use analytical exploration and data examination to help clients gain meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience utilizing programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience building and modernizing data pipelines.
• Experience using statistical methods to analyze data and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI modeling practices.
• Ability to develop scripts and programs to convert various types of data into usable formats and support project teams in scaling, monitoring, and operating data platforms.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
