We are seeking a skilled Data and Analytics Specialist to build robust reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and data reconciliation processes supporting the FDA enterprise learning ecosystem. This position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in data analytics, learning data management, or business intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information management, or a related data discipline.
  • Advanced expertise in business intelligence and reporting tools, specifically Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ServiceNow analytics modules.
  • Demonstrated experience performing data validation, cross-system transcript reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and audit reporting.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting structures, learner analytics, completion metrics, and training compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee enterprise learning data integrity, analytics frameworks, compliance reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive operational dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow analytics capabilities.
  • Reconcile complex learning records across systems.
  • Validate training transcripts.
  • Monitor intake metrics.
  • Generate audit-ready compliance reports for FDA leadership and external oversight bodies.
