About The Position

As a Data & Analytics Technology Consulting Intern in PwC’s Advisory practice, you will learn about PwC’s practices while supporting project teams with basic tasks and research. You will work alongside experienced professionals who help clients pursue sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The role provides exposure to the development of data-driven solutions using data science, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Interns are encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that supports clients and team success. This is an entry-level position focused on learning, gaining experience, and developing skills for future opportunities at the firm.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree.
• Client service interns are traditionally in the third year of a four-year degree program or the fourth year of a five-year program, and typically join during the winter/spring or summer before their intended graduation year.

• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.3.
• Preferred major GPA of 3.3.
• Leverage AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working, and deliver distinctive outcomes.
• Develop skills in algorithm development and machine learning.
• Use tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization.
• Conduct analytic research to drive data-driven insights.
• Apply Python programming for predictive analytics and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in data analysis and research to gain insights and contribute to project goals.
• Participate in developing and implementing data-driven solutions using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Assist with creating data visualizations to communicate complex insights.
• Engage in algorithm development and machine learning tasks to enhance data processing capabilities.
• Conduct research and gather information to support data validation and security measures.
• Use Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to apply predictive analytics and generate actionable insights.
• Observe experienced professionals to learn data analytics methodologies and practices.
• Develop skills in data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies.
