About The Position

The Product Lifecycle Operations team connects business priorities with product delivery across Finance, Growth, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Deployments, and Sustainment. It drives production readiness into upstream business decisions, partners with senior leaders, and defines measurable outcomes for delivery readiness across the product lifecycle. The Data Analytics Lead will architect, build, and deploy operational tooling across a diverse product portfolio, serving as a bridge between the CEO Office and divisional product teams. The role develops analytics solutions tailored to individual teams while consolidating disparate datasets for executive reporting. It translates operational questions into metrics, dashboards, and analyses that support executive decisions, identifies data blind spots and opportunities, and improves data integrity. Success requires business and technical acumen, thoughtful system design, cross-functional partnership, and a preference for quickly adopting practical solutions that can be improved over time. The role owns a technical roadmap from conception through delivery and sustainment, connecting enterprise systems and collaboration tools to create a cohesive source of truth. It gathers feedback from end users, partners across the company to understand systems and data structures, builds custom dashboards and analytical tools, and combines technical and operational data to improve product maturity, operational velocity, and revenue realization. Solutions are initially delivered quickly, then iterated and formalized based on stakeholder feedback. Documentation and knowledge transfer ensure that decisions, dependencies, and assumptions remain accessible and durable.
