About The Position

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive innovation in healthcare? As a Data Analytics Manager, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, playing a hands-on role in building data products and delivering advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives while directly contributing to technical delivery—from developing data to enabling business insights through advanced analytics and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams to shape data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields
  • Proven ability to manage complex data projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics lifecycle, governance, and reporting best practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Collibra, Dataiku, and Power BI
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consulting environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Translate business needs into data-driven solutions across multiple domains
  • Provide hands-on support in data pipelines, model development, and reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data models and workflows
  • Partner with data scientists and analysts to drive insights, machine learning deployment, and automation use cases
  • Support data governance processes, including stewardship, lineage, and data quality frameworks
  • Establish standards for data documentation and governance across the data lifecycle
  • Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
