About The Position

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, playing a hands-on role in building data products and delivering advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives while directly contributing to technical delivery—from developing data to enabling business insights through advanced analytics and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams to shape data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields
Proven ability to manage complex data projects across multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics lifecycle, governance, and reporting best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Collibra, Dataiku, and Power BI
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consulting environments

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Translate business needs into data-driven solutions across multiple domains
Provide hands-on support in data pipelines, model development, and reporting solutions
Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data models and workflows
Partner with data scientists and analysts to drive insights, machine learning deployment, and automation use cases
Support data governance processes, including stewardship, lineage, and data quality frameworks
Establish standards for data documentation and governance across the data lifecycle
Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
