About The Position

The Data & Analytics Intern supports ALPFA Technology Team in building and maintaining the measurement and reporting infrastructure for Convention 2026 - Powered by Design. This role sits on the Technology team and offers hands-on experience turning convention activity into credible, actionable proof of impact through survey design, data collection, and reporting. This is a 10-week paid, remote internship (June 22 – August 28, 2026). You’ll own a real project that matters to a national organization, with a people manager and teammates invested in your growth along with a built-in cohort of fellow interns with you. You’ll start with a Week 1 orientation that gets you connected and confident, check in at the mid-point so there are no surprises, and finish by presenting your summer’s work directly to ALPFA’s senior leaders and your peers. The highlight: Every intern travels to the ALPFA National Convention (August 9–13) with us. Flights, hotel, and meals are covered. You’ll work the largest gathering of Latino professionals in the country, build your network, and see the mission you’re contributing to come alive in person.
