Global Servicing (GS) oversees consumer travel and concierge experiences, all card customer service functions for the company’s global consumer, banking, merchant, and commercial customers, as well as the key enablement functions that power our products and services. GS provides the world’s best customer experience every day by building on Amex’s 175-year legacy of service excellence, leveraging new technologies and capabilities to drive transformation, and bringing a human touch to each customer interaction. The First Line of Defense Financial Crimes Risk & Controls Center of Excellence provides an enterprise-wide approach to managing financial crime risk within Global Servicing. The team supports the development of strong controls across areas including anti-money laundering, sanctions, payments, and anti-corruption. Working closely with Technology, Business, Servicing, and Compliance teams, the Financial Crimes Data Analytics Intern will use data to help identify emerging risks, evaluate potential control gaps, and support improvements to financial crime monitoring and reporting.
