About The Position

Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Data Analyst in support of our 287(g) Program customer. In this role, this individual will own the end-to-end data lifecycle for the 287(g) program, managing automated data pipelines, clearance and credentialing tracking, and cross-functional reporting to ensure data integrity and seamless coordination between operational stakeholders and federal security units.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience (education may not be combined); a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical, business, and solution architecting is required.
Experience in identifying and classifying application components according to the specific business and performance objectives they support and the technologies they employ.
Experience in analysis of the current application inventory and providing detailed application architecture guidelines to improve business processes.
Experience working with Federal Architecture, Engineering, and other organizations to support application architecture planning, implementation, and maintenance.
Expert in assessing performance of applications in producing business value and return on investment.
Experience in conducting walkthroughs of the solution architectural design as needed/requested.
Proven experience in IT Strategy and Solutions Engineering across emerging technologies and diverse platforms in a mixed-lifecycle environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related academic focus area.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain Power Automate workflows for inbox monitoring, PDF staging, and automated record creation.
Utilize Python-based extraction processes to convert raw PDF forms into standardized JSON records. Ensure normalized field mapping for ingestion.
Perform daily data quality audits to reconcile discrepancies between system records, troubleshoot JSON ingestion failures, and ensure source of truth consistency.
Manage the initiation and submission of background investigation packets for 287(g) programs. Verify all documents for completeness and signature validity.
Manage strict PII/CUI security standards, including password-protected file handling and secure transmission of initiation packets.
Maintain process visibility via Tableau and tracking tools; proactively flag stale cases or clearance blockers to federal leads.
Monitor training mailboxes, validate course eligibility, and execute “Pass/Fail” updates in SharePoint.
Execute manual and automated shipping batches. Oversee the generation, attachment, and distribution of G-570/G-504 documents; track receipt/verification status to close out credentialing loops.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies regarding training access, login errors, and enrollment status, following standardized escalation/response SOPs.
Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports using Excel-based data sets and cross-functional trackers.
Maintain SOPs, tracking tables, and SharePoint repository structures. Ensure all programmatic communications and work products are logged for transition continuity and institutional knowledge retention.
