About The Position

The Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Trainer develops and delivers training programs focused on data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization. The trainer helps learners transform data into actionable insights through practical instruction and real-world business scenarios. Training is delivered in person and virtually, with the delivery method selected to suit course objectives and audience needs. The trainer also supports organizational data literacy initiatives and stays current on industry trends and analytics technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of analytics and reporting experience.
Ability to deliver training in both classroom and virtual environments.
Experience using virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar technologies.
Flexibility to adapt training delivery methods based on course content, audience requirements, and organizational needs.
Advanced expertise with Power BI and data visualization tools.
Experience delivering corporate analytics training programs.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver training on Microsoft Power BI and business intelligence tools.
Teach data analysis, reporting, visualization, and dashboard development techniques.
Conduct workshops on data interpretation and decision-making.
Create hands-on exercises using business datasets and reporting scenarios.
Train learners in data storytelling and presentation of insights.
Deliver training sessions in in-person and virtual formats, selecting the effective method based on course objectives and audience needs.
Facilitate virtual training using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other approved online collaboration platforms.
Develop instructional materials, case studies, and assessments.
Stay current on industry trends and analytics technologies.
Support organizational data literacy initiatives.
