About The Position

Responsible for delivering data and analytical insight developing/supporting best practices for Human Resources Administration (HRA) through complex analysis, testing, reporting, dashboard creation and data visualization. Responsible for process review, continuous improvement, and service enhancements along with developing policies and procedures supporting enhanced controls with HRA business processes. Gathers, analyzes and evaluates information from a variety of sources and systems to synthesize analytical results to anticipate opportunities and pursue optimized programs and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree business, finance, engineering, human resources, statistics or other quantitative discipline.
  • Five (5) years related experience in a quantitative discipline or data analysis
  • Data mining, process modeling software/methodology knowledge
  • Understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint (creation and design)
  • Experience using statistical software and reporting interfaces, data mining tools, familiarity with machine learning and data visualization techniques
  • Proven skills in managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem resolution skills including troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of human resources and system business processes and practices
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Support HRA efficiencies, quality control and enhancements regarding hiring, onboarding, date input and all business processes
  • Coordinate and lead cross departmental projects to define project vision and scope initiatives; lead, create and complete necessary testing and documentation for process streamlining/automation and status communication to stakeholders and leadership
  • Analyze data methods, evaluate, develop, test, and implement HRA processes
  • Research and plan new system functionality and applications for implementation
  • Complete the design of dashboards and data visualization tools to customize views of metrics over large data sets
  • Educate HRA team members, maintaining a strong awareness of current internal control tactics and regulatory information
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HRA processes, resources, programs; troubleshooting, identification of root cause
  • Provide system knowledge support, develop, and mentor critical skill sets in lower-level analyst positions
  • Development and management of key vendor contracts
  • Advanced statistical analysis, advanced reporting, data retrieval, and project lead of programs that cross departmental or divisional lines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
