About The Position

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Accounting Team as an Entry-Level Data Analyst at our Fort Dodge Headquarters. This role supports the Executive Team with data entry, report generation, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 2 year Accounting degree required; 4 year degree preferred.
• Background in accounting, statistics, or financials.
• Must be an expert user in MS Excel.
• Great communication, leadership, interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, cross-reference and analytical skills.
• Honesty, integrity and attention to detail are of utmost importance.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Transportation and/or McLeod software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analytics and projects for the Accounting and Executive Team
• Analysis and reporting of revenue, cost and productivity
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Support Accounting Department in many of their duties
• Report to the Controller and President/CFO in regards to all accounting activities
• Other duties as assigned
