With that knowledge, we have developed the Jobologi Program. Jobologi is the science behind getting the perfect job and finding the perfect new hire. How it works: All associates must be accepted into the program and must complete five experiences during their 6 or 12-month program. The Experiences: Client Work Experience, Team Building Events, Professional Development Workshops, Industry Shadowing, and health and wellness activities that will help our associates understand how to have an equal work life balance. Once all five experiences are completed, all associates will qualify for InternU’s Fingerprints program, providing scholarships or student debt relief. Jobologi is provided to all our associates at no cost. You are compensated for every experience attended and completed. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry Level Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing marketing team within the financial services industry. This role will support the execution, reporting, and optimization of marketing data and insights across multiple platforms to help drive smarter business decisions and improve sales and marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate is curious, data-driven, and eager to learn marketing technology platforms and analytics tools. This individual will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams to maintain data quality, develop reporting, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities to improve performance through data and AI-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data reporting, marketing operations, internships, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, demand generation, or account-based marketing concepts.
  • Experience with data validation, reporting, or dashboard creation through coursework, internships, or projects.
  • Interest in AI applications within marketing analytics and business intelligence.
  • Basic understanding of data integrations and CRM workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage 6sense keyword lists and associated reporting to support account-based marketing and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and track the performance of 6sense predictive models and communicate findings through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Support the integration and activation of 6sense insights within Salesforce and Power BI to improve marketing and sales execution.
  • Maintain Bombora intent topics and audience clustering to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.
  • Manage Bombora data integrations and validate data flow into Salesforce environments.
  • Develop recurring reports and actionable insights from intent and engagement data to support marketing and business goals.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, pipeline activity, and key business metrics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, reporting capabilities, and system relationships.
  • Validate marketing data accuracy across integrated platforms and ensure reporting consistency.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues across marketing technology platforms, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and track issues through resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and activation processes through AI-enabled tools and automation.
  • Document processes and support ongoing optimization of marketing operations workflows.
