About The Position

As a Data Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our CRM domain. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Business Representatives, and the Marketing team to deliver measurable impact and help us scale efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include leading the data agenda in the CRM domain to drive business decisions, uncover hidden opportunities, and resolve performance bottlenecks — with a particular focus on customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement dynamics. You will partner closely with Marketing stakeholders to provide data-driven support for campaign targeting, segmentation strategies, and CRM program performance measurement. You will collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and the Data Platform team to ensure scalable, consistent, and actionable analytics. You will analyze and optimize domain-specific processes, dashboards, and metrics for continuous improvement and clarity — including CRM KPIs such as open rates, conversion funnels, churn, and customer LTV. You will ensure high quality and operational excellence across data models, semantic layers, and analytics delivery. You will proactively identify opportunities for advanced analytics, customer scoring, behavioral segmentation, and data-driven innovations. You will promote a culture of data literacy and decision-making within the domain and across Marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in data analytics, experience in a CRM context is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in A/B testing , from defining hypotheses and experimental protocols to analyzing results and formulating recommendations.
  • Proven experience in conducting customer analyses , including customer behavior, segmentation, lifecycle, engagement, retention and customer value.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase), and data modeling concepts .
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities; able to translate strategic goals into actionable insights — including when working with non-technical Marketing teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Communicate well in English and French.
