Key responsibilities include generating quarterly testing data analysis and growth reports for building leadership and Teacher-Based Teams, and creating concise one-page summaries of data and assessment responsibilities to ensure consistent data practices among instructional staff. The role also encompasses Intervention Strategy and Implementation, where the analyst collaborates with educators to convert data insights into evidence-based instructional strategies. This includes identifying students needing Tier 2 or Tier 3 interventions, ensuring alignment with the building's One Plan goals and federal identification status, and monitoring student progress to adjust coaching and intervention strategies. Furthermore, the position involves Monitoring, Compliance, and Collaboration, with quarterly progress monitoring by the Director of School Improvement. This includes reviewing data reports, Teacher-Based Team documentation, and fidelity checks. The analyst must maintain accurate Time and Effort logs for grant-funded positions and collaborate with various stakeholders, including the curriculum and instruction management network, principals, and MTSS/RTI teams, to integrate data coaching into school operations. Participation in DEW monitoring, grant reporting, and program evaluation is also required.
