About The Position
This role is primarily focused on data analysis, data integrity, and data management. The Data Analyst will support an automated data ecosystem and work closely with business and IT teams, with a strong focus on Finance and Investment data. The position is a contract role with a duration of 6+ months, located in Chicago, IL, requiring 1-2 days onsite per week in a hybrid work arrangement. Local candidates to Chicago are preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong data analysis/data management background
- Experience with Finance and/or Investment data
- Strong experience with SQL and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with M Code and DAX
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with Power Apps
Nice To Haves
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable taking direction/guidance when needed and partnering with IT for technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively within a 14-member team
