About The Position

The Data Analyst aligns tactical and strategic priorities with Product and Partner Management (PPM) leadership initiatives and serves as a conduit for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, business intelligence, reporting/analytics, or a related data-focused analyst role; OR 6 years of experience in one of these areas without the stated degree pathway.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SQL, MDX, DAX, and/or other database query languages.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, and other tools.
• Ability to work independently with little direction and make sound business decisions.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to critically evaluate information, identify risks and opportunities, and use creative problem-solving skills with an understanding of business concepts and models.
• Ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings, tailoring messages to the audience.

Nice To Haves

• MBA.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, VBA, or Python.
• Data warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to elicit project and system requirements.
