About The Position

Scale Media is seeking a hands-on, mid-level Data Analyst to support Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Brand Marketing teams. The analyst will investigate business operations and marketing performance, own analysis of inventory, customer service performance, and brand strategy, and translate complex data into actionable insights. The role includes forecasting inventory depletion and purchase-order timing; analyzing ERP data on stock, lead times, and fulfillment; evaluating promotions, campaigns, audience segments, and product launches; and tracking customer service metrics and experience friction points. The analyst will also prepare and transform data using tools such as KNIME, dbt, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Python/Pandas, write SQL to transform Snowflake data according to business rules, and build stakeholder-focused dashboards in Sigma. The position works collaboratively with a Data Engineer and business partners across the three supported functions. Scale Media is a fully remote company focused on science-backed wellness brands. It emphasizes ownership, candid feedback, thoughtful execution, clear communication, accountability, and continuous learning.
