This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located in British Columbia. We do have an office in Victoria for those located here and interested in working in a hybrid capacity. At Shift, data plays a central role in how we build, grow, and optimize our product. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who brings strong analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and a product mindset to help us better understand user behaviour and performance across acquisition, activation, and monetization. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end analysis across experiments, cohorts, and performance metrics, owning everything from building dashboards and reports to designing and evaluating split tests. Working closely with Product, Business Intelligence, and Growth teams, you’ll help validate ideas, uncover opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our reporting foundations and improving how we track and measure success across the business. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to explore data deeply, someone who enjoys solving problems, asking thoughtful questions, and making a meaningful impact through their work.
