Data Analyst - Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (CIP)
About The Position
The Data Analyst supports mission-focused work by analyzing, modeling, and interpreting structured and quantitative datasets. The role delivers actionable insights, executive reporting, and process improvements for decision-makers. It requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (CIP) and is performed on-site in McLean, Virginia. The position involves collecting and analyzing operational and business data, translating technical findings for non-technical stakeholders, supporting data strategy and governance, and evaluating AI and automation opportunities. The proposed salary range is $110,000–$130,000, with compensation determined in part by location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific budget considerations.
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint.
- Experience communicating data insights in written and verbal forms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines at the same time.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (CIP) clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must work on-site in McLean, VA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience collecting requirements and implementing processes or product improvements.
- Experience identifying AI use cases and training non-technical users on AI.
- Knowledge of quantitative data modeling techniques and widely used modeling tools.
- Knowledge of data strategy and data governance.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational and business datasets to identify key trends and metrics.
- Translate technical data findings into concise narratives, dashboards, and visual reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support data strategy, data governance, and requirements gathering to streamline workflows.
- Evaluate potential artificial intelligence (AI) and automation use cases for client operations.
