The Services Management team within the RTX Collaboration and Digital Workspace organization is looking for an Administrator/Data Analyst to provide support for product and software reporting and integrations of data to up/downstream support queues. Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1 year experience.
- 2+ years of experience working in a Data Analytics role.
- 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint)

- Experience working with Confluence
- Service Now use and reporting (or similar tool) experience
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Works autonomously with limited supervision
- PowerBI – scripting experience
- Igloo – scripting/report writing
- Zoom API experience
- Microsoft Access power user
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data from multiple collaboration platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics and recurring reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting resources
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
- Responsible for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of work area.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using a variety of methods and tools.
