About The Position

This role focuses on analyzing business and data requirements to translate them into actionable insights. The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and optimizing ETL processes for data integration and transformation. Key activities include performing data analysis to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics initiatives, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify data-driven solutions, and support for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. The role also involves identifying risks, data issues, and opportunities for improvement in data management processes, and creating/maintaining documentation related to data flows, mappings, and business rules.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL
• Good knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
• Banking domain experience
• Data Analysis and Data Validation
• ETL Design, Development, and Optimization
• Data Integration and Data Quality Management
• Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Graduate in Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
