About The Position

The manager of data and analytics collects, cleans, models and reports enterprise data to optimize operational efficiency, track clinical and business metrics, and helps guide executive decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, health informatics, or related quantitative fields.
• Advance proficiency in SQL, Excel, data visualization tools.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, data warehousing concepts, and advanced analytics platforms
• 5 years of relevant analytical experience, ideally within a large practice environment, health care environment and / or corporate environment.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills to present complex technical findings to non technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• A working knowledge of Python or R

Responsibilities

• Extracts large scale operational, financial and / or clinical data using SQL and automated pipelines
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) tracking key performance indicators
• Analyze workflow bottlenecks, resource allocation, and practice trends to recommend data driven improvements
• Partner with administrative, finance, and IT departments to translate business goals into analytical requirements
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive organized or client data in compliance with internal and external regulations
• Help leadership define the organizations data strategy and analytical roadmap to align with longer-term organization goals
• Standardize data collection across diverse practice software, HER/CRM platforms and billing systems to create a unified corporate data architecture
