About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a mid-level to senior Data Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team on projects for the Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) programs. This individual will be adept at analyzing data sources, creating technical requirements, and scrubbing data from upstream source systems. The role involves working closely with both stakeholders and data development teams to understand data sources being loaded for Data Security, DLP, and Encryption programs.

Requirements

Senior level experience (10 years) as a Data Analyst
Adept at analyzing data sources, creating technical requirements, and scrubbing data from upstream source systems
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context
Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Able to work a hybrid schedule, based in the New Jersey office but willing to travel to New York City for meetings

Nice To Haves

Exposure to SQL and relational databases
Proficiency in Python
Understanding of the EIP data space and knowledge of encryption, Data Security and DLP tools (Proofpoint, Varonis, MS Purview, CyberArk, Venafi, AKV)

Responsibilities

Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports
Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools
Work with stakeholders and data development teams to understand data sources being loaded into the CyberDW
