The Justice Services Division of the Community Resources Department is seeking a Data Analyst to build essential data infrastructure from the ground up. This role involves establishing division-wide dashboards, shaping reporting standards, contributing to a new database management system, and supporting critical work like CJC extended-custody reviews and EPSO quarterly reporting. The position offers a foundational scope with opportunities for growth as the role matures. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data collection, synthesis, or analysis, with hands-on experience in databases, queries, and visualization tools (SQL, BI tools, etc.). Equally important are the abilities to communicate data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders (courts, boards, public) and to navigate ambiguity with a mission-driven approach.
