•$32 - $37•Hybrid

About The Position

The Data Analyst is a member of Eviction Defense Collaborative’s Data Division and supports the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and reporting readiness of data entered by EDC programs and partner Legal Service Organizations (LSOs). The role reviews reports, identifies missing or inaccurate information, follows up with staff and partner organizations about corrections, and helps prepare monthly funder reporting submissions, including data prepared for upload to the City’s GMS portal. The Data Analyst collaborates with internal departments, including TRC, Litigation, RADCo, SCA, and future programs, and supports assigned partner LSOs. The position begins with established procedures and close supervision, with the expectation of developing greater independence, technical proficiency, and reporting knowledge over time. It helps maintain high-quality data for funder reporting, audits, organizational planning, and program operations. The analyst identifies recurring data-quality, reporting, timeliness, system, and process issues and escalates significant or ongoing concerns to the Data Supervisor. This is a union position represented by the National Organization of Legal Services Workers (NOLSW, UAW Local 2320, AFL-CIO), subject to the collective bargaining agreement. EDC places new union employees on its salary scale based on relevant work experience from the past nine years. The position is hybrid; employees may be able to work from home two regularly scheduled days per week after 30 days of employment, subject to supervisor consultation and approval. Staff must remain responsive during standard business hours. Some evening or weekend work may be required.
