The Data Analyst extracts, analyzes, and presents data to support informed decision-making and business growth. The role collaborates with various departments, develops reports and dashboards, and contributes to AI-powered data products. It is suited to someone who wants to master analytics fundamentals and expand their impact as their skills and interests grow.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced query writing.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Firm understanding of data warehouses, ETL processes, and the methodologies behind them.
• Intermediate-level skill with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfort using AI tools in an analytics workflow, with the judgment to validate AI-generated output against source data and business logic.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical products, preferably with a background in data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage clear documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, engineering, computer science, or another related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Experience working with Sigma and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate data-driven insights to executives, department heads, and operational teams.
• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Use data manipulation and visualization techniques to derive meaningful insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives as requested by management.
• Create clear, engaging data visualizations using tools such as Sigma or other data visualization platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to data quality, data modeling, and documentation efforts that make company data trustworthy and accessible.
