Hyundai's North American Quality Center (NAQC) is looking for a Data Analyst for the Strategy and Analysis Team. NAQC is the quality arm for Hyundai Motor Group (HMG)'s North American vehicle models. NAQC seeks to further Hyundai's goal of becoming the leading automotive manufacturer in North America by delivering uncompromising quality and exceeding consumer expectations. The Data Analyst will support business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, developing reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive quality improvements on Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia vehicles in North America. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to monitor quality issues, analyze external quality indicators and customer data, and escalate emerging quality cases.
