About The Position

This role focuses on gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The Data Analyst will be responsible for enhancing data quality, reporting processes, and automation. They will also build and maintain dashboards and reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, and support process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership with regular reports, ad hoc analysis, and presentation-ready insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, reporting automation, and KPI development.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into clear action plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze operational, program, manufacturing, or supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation through better tools, workflows, and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Work cross-functionally with program teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analysis.
• Support process improvement initiatives by using data to evaluate performance and measure impact.
• Support leadership with recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, and presentation-ready insights for business reviews.
