About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making across all levels of the organization. This position involves developing Power BI reports, exploring and implementing data management solutions leveraging AI/ML, automating processes using Microsoft Power Platform, and writing SQL queries to pull data from our Snowflake database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Power BI and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (Snowflake, Azure).
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in the construction or a related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI reports and semantic models.
  • Create user-friendly dashboards with strong visual design, clear business context, consistent formatting standards, and high attention to usability and performance.
  • Write and troubleshoot DAX measures, calculated columns, Power Query transformations, and report logic to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable insights.
  • Develop SQL queries to support reporting, analysis, and data quality needs.
  • Partner with data engineering and business teams to improve data models, troubleshoot refresh failures, resolve source system issues, and strengthen the reliability of reporting.
  • Assist with data governance practices that improve data quality and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain report access controls, sensitivity labels, and row-level security.
  • Document report logic, data definitions, security assumptions, and user guidance.
  • Build and support workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and related tools to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical analytics solutions.
  • Communicate findings, report logic, data limitations, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support adoption of analytics products through developing user guides and leading trainings.
