About The Position

The position will lead and manage a team of Data Analysts, overseeing their activities in accessing, analyzing, and presenting data crucial for criminal and civil investigations into Medicaid fraud. This role focuses on providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure efficient and effective data analysis processes. This position is located in our Richmond, Virginia office. Some overnight travel required.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in programming and data analysis, preferably with health care related data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teradata, SQL, SAS Azure, and data visualization software.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively.
  • Ability to work within teams and provide support on multiple projects.
  • Ability to research, reason, analyze, and recommend effective courses of action.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with attorneys, investigators, technical staff, and outside entities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA or MS/MA in data analytics, economics, statistics, engineering, mathematical sciences, accounting, computer science with analysis and supervisory experience.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
