The Data Analyst-Quality Improvement Auditor will collect and assess data, and identify trends and areas of needed improvement, to ensure measured success of the agency’s change management initiatives. This role involves implementing audit plans, conducting assessments to measure the success of change management and training projects, and identifying areas for improvement. The position requires creating detailed change management assessment and trend reports, recommending and participating in performance improvement projects, and developing and conducting trainings. Additionally, the role involves developing, maintaining, and assessing feedback surveys and other data collection methods, collecting and analyzing data from various satisfaction surveys, and facilitating the development of satisfaction surveys, postcards, and reports. The Data Analyst will also receive and process satisfaction survey postcard requests, develop and maintain relationships with other departments, lead and facilitate interviews and focus groups, attend agency meetings to collect qualitative data, and monitor audit corrections to ensure completion. The role requires using tools to track timelines, responsibilities, and tasks, as well as audit tracking tools for data collection and analysis. Other projects and duties as assigned.
