We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our Returns team and contribute to advancing our volume management strategy across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, operational support and project coordination, while helping deliver process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently in 3rd or 4th year of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree, in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in project coordination and business analysis.
• Power BI knowledge and strong interest in data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the operationalization of return processes and quality solutions by analyzing reports, dashboards, and datasets.
• Analyze data to provide solutions for backlog management to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for additional system improvements.
• Participate in the resolution of incidents by proposing actionable solution plans.
• Provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders through data insights and reporting.
