About The Position
This role uses business intelligence services to extract, transform, and import/export data sets for analysis and reporting. The position involves business process design and workflow mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance operational efficiency. The Data Analyst I will also serve as a user and/or administrator for various software services, systems, and platforms, and will support or lead project management efforts as directed by their supervisor.

- Attitude and aptitude – self-starter, motivated, naturally inquisitive, ability to adapt and improvise.
- Knowledge of databases, object-oriented programming, spreadsheet/word processing packages, and/or general familiarity with database concepts and programming methods.
Responsibilities
- Use/manage business intelligence services/systems.
- Conduct and document business process mapping.
- Develop/administer data extraction/transformation/load processes.
- Conduct data analysis and data reporting as requested/assigned.
- Develop project management plans, milestones, key tasks.
- Lead or support projects as assigned.
