Tessera is seeking a committed and driven Data Analyst I with a can-do attitude. This role involves obtaining and maintaining required access to GFEBS and ArMA, extracting, cleaning, and consolidating data from these systems, and developing repeatable processes for routine data pulls. The analyst will analyze historical and current maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and emerging risks for various facilities at Fort Stewart and HAAF. Responsibilities include developing predictive indicators and models, providing decision support products (dashboards, reports, charts) to inform work prioritization and funding requests, and assisting in formulating Installation Job Orders (IJOs) that feed the Annual Work Plan (AWP). The role also involves translating analytical results into executable work packages, providing cost, schedule, and risk analysis, and collecting/processing data from ICE, ArMA work orders, and environmental health tracking data. The analyst will aggregate and analyze these data sources to identify systemic issues, correlate customer feedback with facility conditions, and provide actionable recommendations. Additionally, the position requires developing clear reports and briefing materials, preparing and delivering briefings with minimal oversight, and maintaining documentation of methodologies. The analyst must complete required GFEBS and ArMA training and ensure all data handling complies with applicable Army, DoD, and installation policies for information assurance and PII. Coordination with administrators and stakeholders to resolve data issues is also a key part of the role.
