Requirements

  • 5-8 years of is data related field, preferably in Army real property and installation management processs.
  • Experience analyzing customer feedback required.
  • A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
  • Must be able to complete the required GFEBS Training upon 30 days of employment.
  • Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U.S. passport or military ID, in accordance with the REAL ID Act.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
  • A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with environmental/mold data in facilities is highly sought.
  • Proficiency in ArMA and GFEBS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and maintain required access to GFEBS and ArMA within 30 days of start.
  • Extract, clean, and consolidate data from GFEBS (e.g., plant maintenance, spending chain, project systems) and ArMA.
  • Develop repeatable processes for routine data pulls (e.g., work orders, service orders, IJOs, cost data, performance metrics).
  • Analyze historical and current maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and emerging risks for: barracks, child development centers (CDC), mission critical facilities, other DPW managed facilities at Fort Stewart and HAAF
  • Develop predictive indicators and models to anticipate critical system failures (e.g., HVAC, roofs, utilities, life safety systems).
  • Provide decision support products (dashboards, reports, charts) to inform work prioritization, funding requests, and risk mitigation.
  • Use analyzed data to help formulate Installation Job Orders (IJOs) that feed the Annual Work Plan (AWP).
  • Assist DPW staff in translating analytical results into executable work packages for other entities (e.g., in house contracts, USACE, IMCOM exedra).
  • Provide cost, schedule, and risk analysis to support planning and programming decisions.
  • Collect and process data from: ICE (Interactive Customer Evaluation), ArMA work orders and service requests, mold and environmental health tracking data
  • Aggregate and analyze these data sources to: Identify systemic issues, hotspots, and trends. Correlate customer feedback with maintenance and facility conditions as well as answering customer concerns.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and facility conditions.
  • Develop clear, concise, and accurate reports, memorandums, and briefing materials suitable for command level review.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings (written and slide decks) with minimal oversight, explaining complex data and analysis in operational terms.
  • Maintain documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and data sources to ensure transparency and repeatability.
  • Complete all required GFEBS and ArMA training within one month of onboarding and maintain currency as required by system owners.
  • Ensure all data handling complies with applicable Army, DoD, and installation policies for information assurance and PII.
  • Coordinate with GFEBS and ArMA functional administrators, DPW, and other stakeholders to resolve data access and quality issues.
