About The Position

Join our team as a Data Analyst and help turn data into a strategic advantage. We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented professional who enjoys uncovering insights, solving complex problems, and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making. In this role, you'll transform data from multiple sources into powerful analytics solutions, develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and impactful. If you have experience with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and Azure data technologies and enjoy translating complex findings into actionable business recommendations, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Ability to connect to, extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and visualization.
  • Understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to communicate insights through effective reports, dashboards, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and Azure Data Platform tools preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean and transform data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively.
  • Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more general statistical analysis.
  • Work with data architects, engineers and other analysts to translate data and business rules into enterprise data models that can be used for a wide range of reporting and analytics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and data expert for a section of business to identify how data is being used, help identify new changing data needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate and mentor business users on performing self-service analytics, visualizations, and reporting.
  • Maintain the data-related education resources, such as training material, procedures, data catalog, and data glossary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
