About The Position

As a Data Analyst I, you will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Reporting Manager and the entire Business Analytics & Network Strategy team. You will use modern business intelligence tools to develop and oversee the creation of production/performance reporting. This role requires someone with knowledge of banking products and services as well as the overall knowledge of the banking industry and the respective market areas served. You will partner with Enterprise Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance to spot trends and opportunities to drive incremental profit through the delivery of actionable business intelligence. You will need to effectively handle multiple assignments and projects with minimal supervision along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent years of on the job experience
3+ Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI or SAS
3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse systems such as FIS Business Intelligence or any other business objects reporting system
3+ years progressive job experience in consumer/retail banking

Responsibilities
