The Data Analyst I will work closely with the Senior Reporting Manager and the team, utilizing business intelligence tools to develop and oversee production/performance reporting. This position requires knowledge of banking products, services, and the overall banking industry. The analyst will partner with various departments like Enterprise Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance to identify trends and opportunities for profit growth through actionable business intelligence. The role demands the ability to handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent years of on the job experience
3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI or SAS
3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse systems such as FIS Business Intelligence or any other business objects reporting system
3+ years progressive job experience in consumer/retail banking

Responsibilities
