This role is responsible for maintaining data processes, updating databases, and generating analytical reports to support Nursing Finance operations. The Data Analyst I will collect, process, and maintain nursing performance data from multiple sources including financial systems, clinical databases, and operational platforms. They will ensure data integrity through systematic validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes. The role involves updating and maintaining complex data models, crosswalks, and index files that enable accurate financial and operational reporting. The Data Analyst I will run scheduled reports, update raw data files, and support Nursing Practice with data-driven insights for variance analysis and budget planning. Demonstrates technical proficiency in data management tools including advanced Excel, database systems, and reporting platforms. Actively assists the Director of Nursing Practice Finance and Sr Financial Analyst in generating the overall annual Nursing operating budget presentation. Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential for success.
