About The Position
As the Data Analysis Specialist for the Pathways to Recovery program, this role is responsible for managing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and tracking outcomes to ensure clinical teams have accurate information and to demonstrate the impact of programs to payers. The position requires a self-starting collaborator who can connect administrative accuracy with positive client outcomes. Key responsibilities include EHR management within various systems (Caminar, Avatar), running reports, analyzing outcomes data for program improvement, and serving as a liaison between program staff and payer representatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of database or data entry experience (experience with health records, medical billing, or billing codes preferred).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, set clear daily priorities, and problem-solve as a self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff and external payer reps.
- CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all data tasks within Caminar, Avatar, and primary EHR systems, including member demographics, diagnoses, service codes, and billing.
- Run crucial reports and analyze outcomes data to help leadership identify areas for program improvement.
- Act as the clear data liaison between program staff and payer representatives to ensure alignment and accuracy.
