About The Position

As an Associate Clinician at Pathways to Recovery, you will serve as a navigator for individuals transitioning back into the community. Working with adults and Transitional Aged Youth (TAY), you will provide the clinical framework and emotional support necessary for members to reclaim their health, hopes, and dreams after long-term care. This is a field-based, community-integrated role where you will collaborate directly with the Public Guardian’s Office, housing providers, and local crisis teams to ensure no one falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • Current ASW, AMFT, or APCC registration with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • Master’s Degree in Social Sciences.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness.
  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
