About The Position

TricorBraun is seeking an innovative, technically skilled AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences. The role bridges data science, software engineering, and business strategy to bring AI-driven innovation to life. The position is identified as hybrid. The engineer will work across application development, IT infrastructure, data engineering, and business teams to build and deploy enterprise AI and automation solutions. The role involves AI and machine-learning models, data pipelines, cloud systems, APIs, and system integration, with attention to data governance, security, and responsible AI practices. Requirements

Proven experience leading the build and implementation of enterprise-level AI and automation initiatives.
Strong skills in building and deploying AI and machine-learning models.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AI Studio, Copilot, and Microsoft Fabric.
Success collaborating with multifunctional teams, including application development, IT infrastructure, data engineering, and business partners.
Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Ability to work with large datasets and develop data pipelines with data engineering teams.
Understanding of cloud systems, APIs, and system integration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development or implementing AI-driven solutions are preferred; work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
