About The Position

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer is responsible for combining science and engineering to build machines capable of intelligent behavior. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer brings together work from the fields of philosophy, psychology and computer science, and draw on brain science and linguistics. Conduct undirected research and tackle open-ended artificial intelligence (AI) problems and questions. Contribute expertise in areas such as the development of expert systems and automated scheduling and planning systems. Develop software and computers that "think" like a human brain. Work on systems that not only gather information, but formulate decisions and act on that information. Analyze domain problems and identify, adapt and develop technologies from the field of AI. Document and validate automated processes with domain experts. Evaluate and develop probabilistic state estimation techniques that are relevant and applicable to decision-making automated systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or systems engineering within complex enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years of hands-on, production-level experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents, LLM-based applications, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting business requirements elicitation and translating operational workflows into structured technical specifications within a large-scale, cross-functional organization.
  • Proven track record of deploying enterprise software or AI solutions at global scale, managing multi-region rollouts, and driving end-user adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataiku, DevOps, Azure, GitHub.
