About The Position
You will lead enterprise Data & AI transformation initiatives, helping deliver scalable, cloud-based analytics platforms. This role bridges business and technology to drive measurable outcomes using Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Data & AI Program Management experience (Expert level)
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory) (Advanced level)
- 5+ years of experience with Azure Data Services (Cloud-native data architecture, pipelines, and analytics) (Advanced level)
- 8+ years of Stakeholder Management experience (Executive-level communication and governance) (Expert level)
- 5+ years of Data Platform Modernization experience (Migrating legacy systems to cloud/lakehouse models) (Advanced level)
- 5+ years of Agile Delivery experience (Program delivery in Agile/Scaled Agile environments) (Advanced level)
- 5+ years of Governance & Risk Management experience (RAID logs, executive reporting, program controls) (Advanced level)
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of AI/ML Enablement experience (Aligning data readiness with AI use cases) (Intermediate level)
- 3+ years of Data Architecture (Lakehouse/Data Mesh) experience (Modern data design patterns) (Intermediate level)
- 3+ years of Power BI experience (Enterprise reporting and dashboards) (Advanced level)
- Azure, Fabric, PMP, Scrum Master certifications
- 5+ years of Consulting Experience (Client-facing delivery in large engagements) (Advanced level)
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent delivery certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across planning, execution, and governance
- Build relationships with executives and key stakeholders to align on outcomes
- Translate technical solutions into business value and strategy
- Drive program governance including scope, risks, and dependencies
- Oversee Microsoft Fabric implementations and data platform modernization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, AI)
- Facilitate executive steering committees and decision forums
- Develop adoption and change management strategies
- Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Support business development and client engagement activities
