About The Position

abra professional services is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its Data & AI team. The role involves leading complex projects within a large, regulated financial organization, managing multiple stakeholders, navigating organizational challenges, and advancing initiatives in high-uncertainty environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, determination, resilience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate stakeholders and build productive cross-functional collaboration.

The Product Manager defines business problems and opportunities for AI-based solutions, translates them into practical technological solutions, and manages product requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps. The role also leads proofs of concept, evaluates new technologies and GenAI products, coordinates business and technology teams with senior management and compliance and regulatory stakeholders, maintains project momentum, and measures project outcomes against KPIs and business value.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience leading end-to-end technology projects, including AI-related initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, complex data, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple business and technology stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or highly regulated industries.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI and RAG solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and AI solutions.
• Experience leading POCs and evaluating GenAI products and technologies.
• Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems, identify opportunities for AI-based solutions, and translate them into practical technological solutions.
• Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing tasks based on business value.
• Lead proofs of concept (POCs), evaluate new technologies and GenAI products, and identify solutions suited to business needs.
• Work cross-functionally with business and technology teams, senior management, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Manage escalations, provide status updates, and maintain project momentum despite organizational complexities.
• Define KPIs, measure success, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value.
